It took the forrn of a quilting for the mission- ary bale. A. pot luck dinner was enjoyed at noon, After the quilt was completed a short meeting was held with Mrs. Alvin Mundell in charge. "0 Lord, to Thee I Cry" was sung and Mrs. T. E, Kennedy gave the Scripture reading and Mrs. Fraser Haugh led in prayer. Fourteen ladies re- sponded to the roll call, "A prayer from the Old Testament". Mrs, John Dickson had charge of the Bible study. She spoke of Dor- cas, a woman of the New Testa- merit, who was noted for her gen- erosity and good works, A hymn was sung and Rev. T.
