The meeting for the organization
of TV, Farm Forums held in
Auburn last Thursday evening
showed considerable 'interest and
prospects for a number of groups
is good. You are urged to take
part in this project even though
it may not be too convenient at
times. This iS a special test pro-
ject for all Canada and whether
this proves to be what is needed
or not it is important that there is
enough participation to arrive at a
definite conclusion.

Several of the TOwhship- Feder-
ations of Agriculture are planning
the 'dates for. their annual meetings.
I hope they will keep in mind the
dates for the 0,F,A.. Abnuai which
Is being held Nov. 10, 11 and 12 in
Toronto', It is a busy- time and
with only one man on so many
farms it is difficult to attend the
three day provincial annual. How-
ever it is an important meeting and
each township should send at least
one representative, frhe county
annual is being planned • for Nov.
26th and will follow the same pro-
gram as in recent years,
Brighten Up - Shelves,
Plastic finished hardboard makes
an exceellent liner for linen closet
shelves.
• Predecorated in bright colors.,
this panellling material -provides a
smooth, hard surface on which
linen slides easily without snag-
ging,
children. Groups fepresenting four
to six families should be quite
satiSfactery.
The first discussed topic, ''What
Price Freedom", needs •serious con-
sideration, Most of You will re-
member the hog vote. Loss of
freedom was one oethe, big isSOes,
Do co-operatives redirpe freedom?
Just where do we baianee Ireedwri
against Economic Secnrity? T,hia
decision will have a very important
bearing on the polidy of every farm
organization. The rest of the topicS
present just as great a challenge
to rural people. If you want a
share in that decision invite- your
neighbours 'in for Farm Radio
Forum, Nov. 3rd. Farm Fauna,
Nov. 4th.
