Cecil Parsons Dies in Toronto' WIATECHURCH—Miss Olive Terriff received word on Monday of the passing of her brother-in- law, Cecil Parsons, of Toronto, He suffered a stroke three weeks ago and, never recovered from it. His wife, formerly Flora Ross of Kin- loss, daughter of'the late Mr, and Mrs. Malcolm Ross, predeceased him one year ago. He leaves one son, Donald and one, daughter, Miss Marianne, and two grandchildren. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ross of Turnberry left on Monday, also to attend the funeral from the Mc- Dougall and Brown funeril home on Wednesday.
