WHEREAS the provisions of the
MunibiPskr Act R.S.O. 1b501 Chapter
243, Section 469, permits the stop-
ping up and conveying of any
highway or, part of a highway,
AND VVH.EREAS the Depart-
ment of Highways of Ontario . has
requested the stopping up that
Portion of Gordon Street hi the
Police Village of Wroxeter lying
between Worthington . Street and
Ferguson Street (Highway No. 87).
AND WEEREAS the aforemen-
tioned street is unintproved and
lying betvveen Park Lots 9 and 10
in the Police Village of Wroxeter,
which lots are the ptopert3s of the
Department of Highways of On-
tario,
AND WHEREAS the Council, of
the Corporation of the TOwnship
of alowick, feeling that the said
portion et Gofton Street has not
been itsed as a public highway
and this portio li is not required -as
ouch, sand that •no property owners
