HART. In loving memory of our

As we watched your big heart stop
beating,
And your busy hands put to rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best.
If tears could build a stairway
And heartaches form a lane
We'd build a pathway to heaven
And bring you home again.
Now our family chain is broken
And nothing seems the same
But as God calls us one by one
The chain will join again.
