This program is located in Clinton and serves all of Huron County under the direction of the Bodrd of Directors of Women Today. The Program Administrator will recruit trainees, arrange for a training team, be responsible for financial organization and locate and monitor training place­ ments for participants. The Program Administrator will have the fo'lowing qualifications: University Degree or Equivalent, with experi­ ence and knowledge of Day Care Principle and Theory; familianty with rural community development and adult education; excellent verbal and written communications skills; famil­ iarity with Huron County Sooial Services.
