p.m.; Saturday, 10 a m. to 4 p.m. at
Bayfield municipal office; and July
17 from 5-8 p.m. at the Exeter
(Old) Town Hall.

sored by the Brussels Bulls hockey
team on the weekend,
Waterloo wrapped up the "A"
crown with a 14-3 win Sunday over
the Atwood Raiders.
In the "B" consolation champi
onship, Listowel Kings of the Ice
defeated Listowel Dodgers 10-5.
There were 16 teams taking part
in the tournament which began Fri
day night and went all day long
Saturday and Sunday. Despite the
rain in the late evenings, there were
no delays in the competition.

On Friday, May 24 al approxi
mately 1:45 a.m. a Clifford area
man, who was a pedestrian on
Wellington County road 2, approxi
mately 2 kilometres east of Clifford
was struck and killed by an east
bound vehicle. The car then left the
scene.
The vehicle is believed to be sim
ilar to a white Triumph type sports
car with a black convertible lop.
Police are seeking information
from the occupants of this vehicle
or from any other persons who may
have information about this acci
dent.
