John Batlye, Leadership Chair- Vincent re-elected At the 45th Annual Meeting and Convention of the Ontario Retail Farm Equipment Dealers' Associa­ tion (O.R.F.E.D.A.) Marlen Vin­ cent of Vincent Farm Equipment Ltd., Seaforth, Ontario, was elected Secretary Treasurer of O.R.F.E.D.A. for 1991. O.R.F.E.D.A. is a non-profit vol­ untary Provincial Association founded in 1945. man gave a presentation on Leader­ ship followed by the nominations and elections of the 1991-92 slate of officers under the direction of Dave Overboe, Branch Service Officer. A Double/Doublc Installation of officers will be held in the Hensail Legion Branch on May 31, 1991. A bus will provide transportation to this event, leaving the Blyth Branch at approx. 7:30 p.m. Guests present at the meeting were Ed Ryette Zone C-l Com­ mander and June Pyette Past Zone C-l Secretary. They both gave some insight to the changes of officers at Zone Level and upcoming events to be held in the near future which include an information meeting to be held in Kincardine on June 9, 1991. Coming events at the Branch include a euchre party on May 18 at 8:30 p.m. Plans for the Branch's involve­ ment in the Rutabaga Festival Parade consist of sponsoring a pipe band, a parade of comrades on June 22 at 12 noon and the Fishing Derby to be held on Sunday morn­ ing, June 22 al 10 a.m. The Branch is asking for your support in these projects by partici­ pating. Next Branch meeting will be held on June 6 at 8:30 p.m., plan to attend and show your support for the Legion. On the march Members of the Brussels Legion Pipe Band participated in a parade in Blyth, Sunday, as part of the Zone Convention. Blyth Legion hosted the event.
