Maple Keys will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. starting March 11 through to April 7, weather per mitting. A visit to Maple Keys is a great March break or Easter week end family activity. Admission to Maple Keys is free. Visitors can explore the self guiding trail which explains both past and present methods of maple syrup production. Historical dis plays show how syrup production has changed over the years. MVCA staff will also be on hand to discuss boiling and canning procedures in the evaporator house. Guided tours of the sugar bush are available to groups for a nominal fee. Contact the MVCA at 335-3557 for more information. Maple syrup is a pure natural product with no preservatives add ed.
