Iluron township man dies, pmned by truck
A Huron Township man
was killed early Friday even-
ing when he was pinned
between his pickup truck and
a farm swather. Harvey
Johnstone Irwin, 50, of con-
cession 1, ,Huron Township,
was pronounced dead at the
scene.
There were no witnesses`to
the accident which occurred
in Mr. Irwin's yard about
7.10 p.m. Friday, July 6. It
appeared Mr. Irwin was
standing 'outside his -truck
when the truck went in.

open the new Lucknow tennis
courts at Victoria Park. The
courts were .constructed
through the jo efforts of.
the Lucknow and District
Kinsmen, Kinettes and Leo
Clubs. The .courts have been
in use for a week but there
are 'still some odd jobs . to
complete before they are
finished.
Project co-ordinator Rod
McDonagh of the Kinsmen
Club stated the total cost of
the two courts` would be
between • $14,000 and
$15.,,000: Upon completion,
the courts will be turned over
to the Village of Lucknow and
the three surrounding, .town-
ships. '
The Kinsmen' are assum
ing the financial responsibil-
ity and have had support
•from the Kinette . and Leo
Clubs. Funds have been
raised by means of the circus
and. Sumrnerfest put on by:,
July.

take two to three years to pay
