SLUSH (COOL, REFRESHING DRINK)
7 Gyps water, 2 cups white sugar (heat to dissolve
- do not•boil)
Put 4 green tea bags to 2 cups boiling water -
steep,
Add 1 - 12 oz. can frozen lemonade,1 - 12 oz tin
frozen orange juice and 1- 26 oz bottle of liquor
(vodka, gin, rump
Mix together - freeze for 24 hrs.
Scoopinto glasses (use 2 - 4 tablespoons per glass
according to taste)
Serve in tall glasses with gingerale.

PUNCH
1 -12 oz. can frozen orange juice
1 12 oz:`can frozen pink lemonade
Mix according to instructions on can
Add 1 can :48 oz. grapefruit -pineapple juice and
1 bottle ginerale
Garnish with . cherries, orange slices, lemon
slices.
Note: Drink as a fruit -punch or add gin or
vodka as desired.

BANANA -ORANGE WHEAT
GERM SHAKES
1 small. banana
1 cup milk or plain yogurt
1/ cup wheat germ
IA Cup orangejuice
1 tbsp.. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
'/R tsp. salt .
1•ice 'cube
Slice banana into electric ..blender. Add
remaining ingredients. Cover and blend at high
speed about 30 seconds: Makes ] (12 oz:) serving.
Note 1 "medium fresh pear,:peeled and cored, ,
may be substitutedfor the banana.

HOT CRAB DIP
1- 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 tablespoon milk
1: can crabmeat .
2. tablespoons chopped•on,ion
% teaspoon horseradish
'%.teaspgon:each of salt and. pepper
Cream all ingredients together: Bake in small
casserole.at 375 degrees for 15 Minutes. Pass
with crackers.

ANTIPASTO DIP
2 tins tuna
1 - Tl5 oz. jar sweet mixed pickles
1 bottle chili sauce
'/2 of an 11 oz. bottle of ketchup
1 small jar olives
1 small jar pickled onions
1 can chopped mushrooms
'/2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce \
1 tablespoon lemon juice
5-6 drops of Tabasco sauce
1 can small or broken shrimp.
Rinse tuna in cold water and flake. Cut pickles,
mushrooms, olives and onions. Add to tuna. Add
all other ingredients and a pinch of salt. Mix
well., Cover and leave to blend flavours at least
two .days in refrigerator. Serve with crackers.
Will keep one month in refrigerator.

ORANGE -APRICOT BREAKFAST DRINK
3 tablespoons frozen orange juice, concentrate
thawed and undiluted
3/ cup apricot nectar
34 cup milk

1 cup Bran Flakes . .
1 tbsp. honey or sugar
Put all ingredients in • container of blender,
cover and process at high speed until smooth and
frothy. Makes 21A cups.
