Ring! Ring! the bells all sing. 1 go outside to play all day. Sing Sing Sing we do all day. The boxes are wrapped in pretty paper. Mary, Mary what a glad day. As the day went by we opened our presents. Santa Claus brings our presents. Susan MWer, Grade 3, Kinloss Central School. THE FIRST CHRISTMAS — One day someone knocked on my door. It was Santa Claus. He said that he had dome early because he thought that I had behaved well. So he gave the presents to me. The angel said, "Mary you will have a Baby and- you will call it Jesus." Then it went away. Mary went to tell Joseph. They went to Bethlehem. They came to an inn. Joseph said, "Do you have a room for. me?" "No! but you can sleep in my barn." "Okay.". • Mary was sleeping, then she woke up. Then she had a Baby Boy! She put the baby in the manger. „ An angel went to three Wise Men. The angel said, "You go to Bethlehem." "What about my sheep?" "I will take care of them." They went to Bethlehem.
