The president Miss Merle Wilson extended a warm welcome to visitors from Bluevale, Kairshea and Wingham Women's Insti- tute. She read the poems, Ancient Land Mark and The Wind and the Leaf. The minutes were read by the, secretary, Mrs. Alan Falconer, Delegates to the Rally at Armow on October 18 are Mrs: Rena Fisher and Mrs. Lorne Durnin. The motto, The Hand that rocks the cradle rules the world, was given by Mrs. James Wilson. • Kairshea ladies sang My Wild Irish Rose and Roaming in the.Gloaming. The quintet were Mrs,. Laois, Mrs, Mac, Daugall, Mrs, Keith, Mrs. MacDougall and Mrs. Philip Steer. The Belgrave quartet sang 2 songs accompanied by pianist, Mrs., Coultes. Mrs. James Wilson intro- duced the guest speaker, Connie Jamieson, who told of her work at the Jack Reayie Opportunity Workshop in Wingham. . Mrs. Johnston Conn thanked the speaker.
