month for agricultural fairs

event is beingheld just
outside Chatham adjacent W
Highway 40 and not far from
Highway 401.
The ilaine of the show is
probably misleading as it is
actually an exhibition which
can be enjoyed by urban and
rural residents young and
old. The tented City occupies
• some 100 acres and is IL fully
serried ,coMmunity on the
• The 400 exhibits include
something of interest to
almost evetyone. In addition
to agriculture related mach-
inery and technology there
are displays of automobiles,
appliances, housing, crafts
and many other goods -and
services of general interest.
The daily parade features
•antique machinery and cars,
floats and bands. There is a
midway, helicopter rides,
food and refreshments. En-
closed is the program of'
events. •
September is also a month
for a wide diversity of other
attractions as outlined on the
