chose a floor -length gown
styled' with French lace bod-
ice .with standup -collar, bish-
op sleeves with widelace
cuffs', :and a pleated skirt
falling intoa chapel train. A
wide waistline sash was tied
at . the :. side. Her matching
.mantilla fingertip veil was
compietely, ,_•edged .with
French lace and she carrieda
cascade of white orchids and
yellow Sweetheart • roses,
with roseleaf, ivy and white
bridal wreath .accents.

was Sandy Orien of Wing
Clam and. bridesmaids were
Mary MacKinnon of Goder-
ich;, the bride's cousin, Ruth
Hicks. and Lorraine Hicks of.
Shelburne, sisters of the -
groom. All attendants wore
similar gowns of peach. an-
gelnet polyester, fashioned
with sapsleeves, blouson
bodices and straight skirts.
The maid of honour carried a
,white lace fan with peach and
yellow Sweetheart •roses,
white bridal wreath, ivy and
roseleaf. .The. ' bridesmaids'..
fans were surrounded by
peach Sweetheart roses, yel-
low bridal wreath, ivy.. and
roseleaf.

R. 3 Holyrood performed the
duties of flower girl. Her
Boor -length gown of white
polyester cotton was styled
with a lace -edged ruffle
around the hemline and a
wide waistline sash tied at
• the side. She carried a floral

from South Kinloss
and Lucknow Evening Auxil-
iary. Mrs. Omar Brooks pres-
ided and, opened the meeting
with the Aim and Purpose of
the W.M.S. Mrs. Robert
Reid led in .prayer.
There will be a service of
dedication at Camp. Kintail
on July 11 for the new lodge
and dining hall.
Mrs. Virden Mowbray had
the Bible Study. In her medi,
tation Mrs. Mowbray
brought out the story of the
healing of the little girl and
the woman sick with an issue
of blood and , how Jesus
healed them.
Two musical numbers
were much enjoyed, a duet
by Mrs. Austin Loree and
daughter, Shirley and a
piano selection by Mrs. Jack
Needham.
Mrs. George Kennedy was
' guest .speaker and in a very
humorous way told of her trip
to Cuba last January. She
told of the many changes
which have taken place there
since the revolution 20 years
ago when Castro came into
power, It was a most inter-
estingand instructional talk
