The Teeswater Grade 8
graduation night 'was held in
.the Teeswater School on
Tuesday evening with a large
crowd attending. We would
like to congratulate the grad-
uates. Pam Springer and
Christine Bregman are two of
the graduates from this
district.
Visitors with Mr. and Mrs.
Len Coughlin and girls last
week were Marg's sister,
Louise and her mother from
• Hamilton. They • arrived on
Tuesday and returned home
on Thursday.
The Lucknow Grade 8
night was held on Monday
evening with a large crowd
attending. We would like to
congratulate all who graduat-
ed. Perrin, Dore from this
district was one of the gradu-
ates. Both Lucknow and
Teeswater graduates willa,at-
tend F. E. Madill Secondary
in Wingham next year.
The Formosa School of
Ballet held their annual recit-
al at Walkerton Secondary
School on Wednesday even-
ing with a large attendance
and a really good program.
Two of the members of this
Ballet School are Joanne and
Christine Bregman.
Mrs. Bill Lapp and daugh-
ter, Olive of Wingham, call-
ed on Mrs. Claude Dore and
Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Young
on Wednesday.
Mr. and Mrs. Jim Springer
and family spent last week-
end visiting friends and rela-
tives in Parry Sound.

Richardson of Wingham vis-

on Thursday evening.

preached her farewell service
at the United Church in
Whitechurch on Sunday. She
is leaving for Varna where
she . will be inducted as
minister of Varna-Goshem on
Friday evening. After the
service she was presented
with a clock and mirror. The
United Church congregation
will worship at the Presby-
terian Church next month
where Rev. John Bell will be.

poem on advice to the bride
was read. Wendy opened her
