ed the weddingmusic, and
accompanied Mrs. Aivice Bis-
set, of Goderich, for . the.
singing of "The Wedding.
Song" at the beginning of
the service, "Morning Has
Broken" before the ; ex-
change of vows, and "we've
Only Just Begun" during the
signing of the register.

The annual meeting of the
Kinloss-Kairshea Women's
Institute was held on Thurs-
day, April 19th at the home
of Mrs. Donald Maclntyre at.
11 a.m. The president, Mrs.
Evan Keith, opened the
meeting with a poem.,,_,
Mrs. Allan MacDougall
read the 'scripture.. The sec-
retary -treasurer, Mrs. Lloyd
MacDougall read the minut-
es and correspondence. Mrs.
Harvey Houston will be the
delegate to the Officer's -Con-
ference to be held in Water-
loo in May.
Mrs. Cliff Roulston gave
her report of the District
Directors meeting held in
Belmore. Kairshea branch
.will be responsible for "Im-
memoriam" at the District
Annual. Delegates to .the
District. Annual are Mrs.
Alan MacDougall, Mrs. Evan
Keith, Mrs., Harvey Houston
and 'Mrs. Donald MacKin-
non. A motion was passed to
send the president and sec-
retary to Ripley Institute's
75th anniversary in May.

Despite a very stormy ev-
ening, the auditorium of the
Lucknow. United Church was
almost filled for the Easter
Thankoffering on. Sunday,
April 8th. Mary Lynn Cayley
played an organ prelude as
the crowd gathered. Mrs:
Leonard Ritchie, president,
welcomed everyone, follow-
ed with a lively sing song led
by June Alton, accompanied
by Mary Lynn Cayley on the
piano, Christie Davies and
Grace Alton on the guitars
and Ruth Alton on the auto
harp.
The devotions were taken
by Unit # 2, with Mrs. Glen
Walden, Mrs. Eldon Ritchie
and Mrs. Harvey .Houston
marriage by her parents, and
was attended by her sister,
Mrs. Nancy Scott of London
as matron of honour. Her
bridesmaids were Miss Jan
Ginn, sister of the bride, and
Miss Margo Bettger of Win-
dsor, friend of the bride.
Misses Lesley Ann Ginn and
Tracy Ginn, nieces of the
bride were flower girls,
Mr.. Jim Paquette; brother
of the groom, was grooms-
man, and Mr. Bill Tranter
and Mr. Murray Hill, friends
of . the groom, were ushers.
Following a wedding in din-
ner in the church basement,
a private reception was held
at the White Carnation,
Holmesville.
Following a wedding trip•
to North Palm Beach, Flor-
iida, the couple are residing
in Goderich.

by the C.G.I:T.
Mrs. Gordon Cayley intro-
duced the guest speaker,
Miss Elaine Townshend of
Clinton, who spoke on "The
Rights of the Physically
Handicapped". She was
thanked by Mrs. Ernest
Ackert, and presented witha
gift.
The C.G.I.T. took up the
offering and it was dedicated
by Mrs. Ritchie. She also
invited all to remain for
refreshments and a social
time in the fellowship room.
Rev. Douglas Kaufman gave
the benediction.
