Families get togetherfor Easter

Miss Karen Currie and her
mother arrived home from
Alberta last week. Karen had
been working at Blairmore
Hospital, Alberta.
Sandra and Heather Currie
have completed the work at
the University for this year.
Sandra is returning to Point
Farms for another summer's
employments as recreation
director of Visitors Services
in June. Heather is going to
Barbados for a week then she
too will be seeking summer
employment.
Mr. and Mrs. Bill Versteeg
and . family have sold. their
farm to John Norman and the
Versteegs have purchased
the Elmer Arbuckle proper-
ty..
Mr. and Mrs.. Springer and
family have purchased the
former Albert Coultes prop-
erty in the village.
Last Thursday evening the
Recreation Committee spon-
sored a dance in' the White-
church. Community Memorial
Hall where they met expen-
ses with a slight margin over.

birthday and Easter on the

Clint Thomson, Lucknow, found Kindergarten fun when he
went with his mother to register for school on Thursday, last
week. Kindergarten registration was held at Lucknow Central
Public School to give the children a chance to meet their
teacher and become acquainted with their classroom.
