BY GEORGE GIBSON

end of a 4 - 2 -score.

water scored with 2.20 re-
maining to restore a two goal
lead. Lucknow was able to
pull back wi‘hin a goal when
Chris Irwin scored from Brad
•Priestap at 1.19. Teeswater's
goal was an empty net goal
with just 2 seconds on the
clock.
Brad Priestap collected
two points on two setups and
both Richard MacDonald and
Darren McKim played well
on defence.
On Tuesday night the team
travelled to. Teeswater for a
game. Although Teeswater
won the game 10 = 1, there
were some bright spots.
Brian Reavie, in goal, had
an excellent second period
when he and the team were
able to hold the Teeswater A
team scoreless for more than
15 minutes: •
-
A goal with just 24 seconds
left in the second and a soft
one just 30 seconds into the
third, shook. a lot of confid-
stewarrt
ence, but Danny Gilchrist's
goalto ruin the shutout
brought back the smiles.
The Atoms would like to
thank those boys from the
House League who played in
Saturday's game. The play-
ers for the Atoms were most
of those who played Tuesday
in Teeswater while -the.
House. League squad was
made up. of Atom -age house
leaguers.
Although the Atoms man-
aged to squeak out a victory,
there would have been some
red faces and up -side -down
smiles of the douse League
team had ' pulled , it off.
Special thanks to Brian Rea -
vie of the Atoms for his
sportsmanship.
