nual niveting last Wednesday
afternoon in the church base-

gave a thought for the day as
she opened the meeting.

scripture and prayer, Mrs.

The study was conducted by
Mrs,,Gordon Wright and Mrs.
Jack Inglis, Christmas carols
were sung. The theme of the
study was "His Natm is Wonder
fur
Bach person had taken a
small gift. These were placed
on a table and as each mem-
ber's name was called she step-
ped forward and chose a gift.
The business followed when
the convener of each commit-
tee gave a report.
A newcomer from Scotland,
Mrs. Jim Rae, was presented
with a pantry shower for which
she thanked the group. Lunch
was then served.
A woman's greatest asset
has always been and always
will he a man's imagination.

in-law of the bride.
The bride wore a three
piece centennial rust suit,
mink stole, brown accessories
and corsage of bronze mums.
The matron of honor chose
a beige dress, beige and brown
accessories and deep rose cor-
sage.
