11/2 lbs. ground beef 11,2 tsps. salt
1 cup bread crumbs % tsp. pepper 1/4 cup finely chopped 1 tsp. Worcestershire
onion Sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten 1 cup brown sugar,
cup finely diced apples firmly packed
1 tsp. dry mustard
Mix . together beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, apples,
salt, pepper and Worcestershire. Shape into 4 oval loaves.
Insert two red skin apple wedges on top of each loaf.
Place in shallow baking pan, Combine brown sugar and
mustard. Spread over loaves. Bake at 375 F. for 45
minutes. Baste occasionally. Serves 4.
