UCW to visit Ontario Hosp. in October (Intended for last week) WHITECHURCH—Calvin- Brick U.C.W. held the August meeting last Wednesday after- noon at the home of Mrs. Nor- man Coultes, Eleven were present. The theme of the meeting was "Stewardship". Mrs. Ken Mason, steward- ship convener, gave the canto worship, read the Scripture, gave the meditation and led in prayer and Bible study. She passed out readings on Steward- ship to those present, which they read. Mrs. Sidney Thompson read the minutes. A committee to prepare a program for the visit to the Ontario Hospital on Oc- tober 24 is Mrs. Alex Robert- son, Mrs. George McGee and Mrs. Gordon McBurney. The lunch committee for this oc- casion is Mrs. Mason Robin- s.% and Mrs. Ronald Coultes. The new study book on Ja- pan will be introduced at the September meeting.
