is extended to Mrs. Lorne Fisch-
er, of this area, Mrs. Fischer
is an aunt of Miss Jane Pollock,
missing and, presumed drowned
at Kincardine.
About 25 family members
attended the Mulvey family re-
union held in the Belmore Park
on Saturday. Contests and
races were enjoyed by the
children and a picnic lunch
served. Mr. and Mrs. Stewart
Mulvey of London were elected
the new president and secretary.
Don Watson, of Fergus, is in
charge of sports arrangements
for the coming year.
Some of our local 'sports-
men' attended the Huron County
Junior Farmers field day in
Guelph on Saturday, Represent-
ing Howick Township, the boys
participated in sports events,
one of them a game of base-
ball in which the boys came out
in second place. Congratula-
tions, fellas, we knew you
could do it!

er. Special music was by the
Howick Centennial Choir, Af-
ter the service everyone met in
the Sunday school rooms and a
social time was enjoyed, Rev.
and Mrs. Frank Russel, now of
Guelph, were also renewing
acquaintances..

ful gifts. Myrna thanked all for
the gifts.
