SAUSAGE AND PANCAKES
Prepare pancake mix according to directions. Don't
oyerbicrid. A r cup measure wall make uniform Size pan-
cakes, about 3 inches. Roll pan-fried or broiled sausage
in each pancake and skewer with toothpick. Serve with
syrup or sprinkle with powdered sugar and Servo with
applesauce.
There is no need to grease griddle for pancakes if you
tie 2 or 3 tbsps. salt into a piece of cloth to rub on
griddle before and between baking batches.
