In Toronto.
For Grades 2 and 3 the prizes
went to, first, Diane Brown:
second, Wayne Brown; third,
Marjorie Pellet.
For Grades 4, 5 and G tht
winners were, first, Linda Sliar-
pin; second, Debra Townsend,
and third, Jeannie Pellet.
Grades '7 and S prize win-
ners were, first, Heather Al-
corn; second, Ricky Clark;rhir ,
Brenda Tcm nsend,
Miss E. Gibson, Miss M.
Gibson, Miss A. Metcalfe and
Mrs. M, Weaning were the jud-
ges. Their interest and that of
Bruce Robertson, who had the
children write the essays, is ap-
preciated by the sponsors of the
trip.

ham attended the 50th wedding
anniversary of Ken's parents,

Saturday evening at Hickson
Hall, A wedding dinner was
held with around 50 relatives in
attendance. On Sunday open
house was held at their home
with many in attendance,
Mr. and Mrs, Fraser Mac-
Kinnon were Thursday evening
visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Wil-
liars Evans.
Mr, Gary Van Der Klippe,
Mr. Victor Emerson and Mrs.
Charles Tiffin were accompani-
ed to London on Friday by Miss
Hilda Tiffin of Wingham, stud-
ent nurse at Victoria Hospital.

Charles Tiffin, a patient in St..
Joseph's Hospital.

Gowan of Toronto spent the
week-end with Mr. and Mrs,

furniture which Fry and Black-
ball had set up for the show
held Last week in the Manufac-
turers Building at the exhibi-
tion grounds.
Mr. Athol Purdon of Sarnia
visited at the week-end with
his sister, Mrs. Cecil Falconer
and his parents, Mr. and Mrs,
Sandy Purdon of Lucknow.
