Pitts, M.D., for the first time in The Little Brown Church in the Vale at Nashua, Iowa, in 1864. The congregation was organized in 1855 and the church built 1860-1864. Thousands visit this American shrine annually and many wedding ceremonies are conducted in the church. Recent visitors were Mrs. Fred Dustow, her sisters, Mrs. Grace Dus- tow, of Gorrie, and Mrs. C, A. Neill, of Woodstock, and the latter's son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Neill, of Woodstock.
