The pack then came to order and the green sixer, Jimmie Ritter led in the Grand Howl, assisted by Michael King The boys were taken out- side for a game and as the weather was quire cool they came into the Scout House for instruction period. Boys, re- member you must know your knots but then continue to practise them. The new books, "The Way to the Stars" were handed out. This is a new five star book. This month we are working on the "Red Star". Remember our camporee is the first week-end in June. We have been studying Thrift and many have passed, so we are hoping that you can do extra errands or yard and garden work to make enough to pay your fee. This would show you did know thrift in second star re- quirement. The pack held closing exer- cises and the boys were to go straight home. 0--0--0 Scouter Fridenburg and the flag was lowered. A Court of Honor followed the meeting. The leaders wish to thank the Scouts and fathers who turn- ed out on Saturday to make the paper drive a real success. We sincerely hope that the Camp- oree on the week-end receives the same enthusiasm. We leave the Scout House Friday at 6:00 p.m. and arrive back Sunday at about 5:30 p.m., leaving camp at 2:30.
