Albert McQuillan. Elwood Gros-
korth led the discussion.
Mrs, V. Emerson read the
minutes and Elwood Groskorth's
report showed a balance of
$198.50 on March 29. It was
decided that the maintenance
fee of $5,00 be paid at the end
of October and that the fee be
reviewed again at that time.
The fire insurance policy is
$4, 000 with a $30.00 fee for
three years.
Officers elected were presi-
dent, Victor Emerson; secretary,
Mrs. V. Emerson; treasurer, El-
wood Groskorth; directors, Fred
Tiffin for two years; Bruce
Thompson, Dave MacDonald,
and Mrs. Doris Willis, one year
terms.. Maintenance men are
Tom Morrison and Albert Coul-
tes.
The fall meeting will be
held at Mrs. McQuillan's. El-
wood Groskorth, Tom Morrison,
Albert Coultes and Wesley Tif-
fin were thanked for free labor
and appreciation was extended
to the hostess by Mrs. Emerson
and Dave MacDonald.
