Meditation was followed by an interesting Christmas topic in- terspersed with familiar carols. Mrs. Edwin Martin was pianist. Several readings were given. Mrs. Cecil Yeoman read the secretary's report and Mrs. John McLean gave the treasurer's re- port. The Christmas stockings were filled for the Ontario Hos- pital by Mrs. Vernon Hupfer and Mrs. Cecil Yeoman, with each member contributing to- ward the cost. Two pedestals to match the communion table are on order. The meetings will be held at the church next year instead of at individual homes. Mrs. O'Krafka conducted recreation including an action reading, several games which tested the players' dexterity and skill, and charades. Small gifts were exchanged. Twenty-four ladies, mem- bers and former members, sat down to luncheon at a beauti- fully decorated table. They were served by Mrs. Ronald Mc- Michael, Mrs, Dorothy Gibson and Mrs. Cecil Yeoman. ...and our heartfelt gratitude for your kind friendship and patronage during the year.
