Anderson gave the announcements about God- erich Camp, to be held August 4 - 11. Next meeting will be May 16, with Wendy Fear in charge of games and Margaret Nicholson and Linda Rinn to have the worship service. A program committee was named for the mother and daughter banquet, consisting of Mrs. Cliff Logan, Marie Coultes, Lynda Coultes, Helen Anderson and Marilyn Camp- bell. The president introduced Mrs. Alan Campbell, who spoke to the girls on make-up, and demonstrated a facial with Ruth Michie as her model. Mrs. Campbell was thanked by Marie Coultes. Wendy Fear opened the wor- ship service for the theme " Thank God for Fellowship in Christ", with the call to wor- ship. Rhonda Fear read the Scripture lesson and a hymn was sung. Wendy read the meditation on the theme. Brenda and Nancy VanCamp re- ceived the offering, which Rhonda dedicated. Wendy led in prayer and the meeting closed with Taps. Messengers Met BELGRAVE—The May meet- ing of the Messengers of the United Church was held in the church school room on Sunday morning, during the regular hour of worship. Mary Ellen Walsh opened the meeting with purpose and prayer. The hymn " This Is My Father's World" was sung. The minutes of the last meet- ing were read by Joan Bosman and Mary Grasby gave the treasurer's report. The roll call was answered by 18 persons. The offering was received by Neil Beiman and Ronald Taylor. A hymn was sung and Rhonda Fear read the Scripture lesson. Mrs. George Johnston led in prayer. Wayne Hopper and Clayton Bosman distributed the World Friends. Mrs. Johnston con- tinued the study from the book, "Tiger Tail Village. New Hare Plaque Donated by Guild BELGRAVE--Mrs. Keith Rock was hostess for the Ladies' Guild of Trinity Anglican Church, at her home on Thurs- day. President Mrs. Alex Nethery opened with a hymn, 'followed by prayer and the Lord's prayer in unison. It was announced that a new name plaque had been placed in the front of the church by the Ladies' Guild, and that six new Bibles were to be purchased for the choir members. Mrs. Lawrence read the Scripture. Mrs. Clare VanCamp was convener of the program and read an article called "Signs of Spring". Mrs. Mel Brad- burn read a poem, "Hens, Then and Now" . Mrs. Clare VanCamp had a lesson on the "Parables of the Talents" . A draw was made on an article donated by Mrs. Law- rence Vannan, and it was won by Mrs. Richard Procter, who will now bring the article for the next draw. The roll call was answered by a Missionary of the Anglican Church. The meeting closed with prayer and lunch was served by the hostess.
