"BRUTE" TANK IS
BUILT TO ENDURE
The 100 -gallon version of the Rub-
bermaid "Brute" Stock Tank has been
joined by a little brother, the 50 -gallon
tank.
Built of structural foam, the tanks
resist denting, even when faced with
cold weather (they are tested to -20° F),
high winds, and ill-tempered animals.
They withstand rust, corrosion, bacte-
ria, and algae.
The tanks are easy to use with an
automatic heater and float valve system.

DEKALB RELEASES
ALFALFA VARIETY
DK -125, a new alfalfa variety with a
moderately resistant (MR) rating for
verticillium wilt, is now being offered
by Dekalb.
"The MR rating for DK -125 — the
highest rating for any Dekalb alfalfa
variety — makes it a good choice for
anyone concerned about verticillium
wilt on his farm," says Dekalb agrono-
mist Michel Remillard.
DK -125 has good yields, flowers
two or three days later than Saranac, and
is moderately resistant to phytophthora
root rot, fusarium wilt, and aphids. It is
highly resistant to bacterial wilt.

Dekalb dealer or Michel Remillard at
