shows Andrew MacRobbie, Ontario Horse Plow Champion, who
has held the same title on four other occasions over the past eight
years. Of Egremont Township in Grey County, MacRobbie was
plowing at the IPM in 1949, when he was 20. His enthusiasm for
plowing competitions is shared by two sons, Gilbert, who has
been plowing for 21 years, and Robert, who has competed for 8
years. "He's threatening to retire if we beat him," Gilbert says.
"We'd have an A-1 coach if he ever does retire."
