VALMAR OFFERS
AGROW SP SPRAYER
Valmar Airflo Inc. has recently
begun to manufacture the Agrow-
SP, a self-propelled, articulated
four-wheel drive sprayer.
The Agrow high -clearance
sprayer is extremely versatile, says
Valmar sales manager Gary Dun-
bar. It features a tread -width ad-
justment of 96 to 124 inches and its
front or rear -mounted 60 -foot
boom with touch wheels has an ad-
justable height of 20 to 96 inches.
"The Agrow makes economic
sense," Dunbar says, "because it
covers more acres in less time, and
it's been engineered and built for
easy, regular maintenance, a
feature which will reduce costly
repair down-time."
The Cummins four -cylinder 116
hp turbo diesel provides field
speeds from 1 to 15 mph and a
road range of up to 30 mph. The
sprayer's four-wheel drive has
dependable hydrostatic drive with
one lever to control both speed and
direction.
The Agrow-SP is equipped with
a 500 -gallon polyethylene tank
with automatic agitation, and in-
corporates a hydraulically driven
variable speed pump.

Agrow-SP for 1987 delivery is

PHASON CONTROL
SETS FAN SPEED
The Phason Temperature Con-
trol, developed by K.G. Johnson
Livestock Equipment, allows an
operator to set the temperature at
which he wishes to keep his
building and to set a minimum fan
speed.
Without causing rapid increases
in air speed over the livestock, the
Phason control allows the fan to
increase and decrease speed to
maintain a desired temperature.
More than one fan can be wired
through the control, up to a max-
imum current draw of 10 amps.
The Phason control is equipped
with its own sensor.
