In the changing world of farm and food politics and
economics, a group of Jersey milk producers
dreamed, five years ago, about differentiating their
product by marketing special products that took
advantage of the
rich Jersey milk.
It's been a long
winding road since
then as the group
found the right
formula to make
their dream come
true but in mid-
March, the first
product was
shipped from their
new Seaforth
processing plant.

THE MAGAZINE OF THE AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY
Dave and Brenda Linton wanted to go in a different direction
with their farrow -to -finish operation near Brussels, so last year,
after considerable research, they designed and built their own
dry -sow barn. Designed to be a pleasant place for them to
work in and a friendly place for their sows, it still is an efficient
unit to operate.
