McIntosh, Program Rep. - 393-6232.0 Farmers present nutrient management strategy On February 10 the Ontario Farm Environment Coalition (OFEC) unveiled its proposal for dealing with the growing concern over the handling and storage of agricultural nutrients - particularly livestock manure. This latest strategy for handling agricultural nutrients is a balanced approach between agriculture's growth potential and municipal concerns over odour and water quality. It meets the need for a consistent approach across the province. A public forum for nutrient management planning (NMP) will be held on March 3 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Brussels, to inform stakeholders about Ontario's NMP strategy.0 PERTH COUNTY FEDERATION OF AGRICULTURE MARCH DIRECTORS' MEETING Thursday, March 26, 1998 Downie Mutual Insurance Office Sebringville 11:00 a.m. ALL MEMBERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND
