price levels that we have become
"accustomed" to. Historically, prices
are relatively good, but with the
steady increases we've seen in
demand worldwide, prices "should"
be higher. Once in a while, we need a
reality check. Demand will not

increase at a constant price every year
just as stock prices or land prices will
not strengthen every year without a
break.
My contention is that it will take a
weather scare, or some other factor
that will have an affect on production
in North America, to make prices
move higher. I've been telling
producers this for the last three

but rather to make a reasoned
decision about what may lie ahead.
