WHY USE AN INDEPENDENT ENGINEER?
An Engineer will ensure that the building or
structure Is designed to safely support the
required loadings.
Will ensure that the Owner's individual needs
are satisfied with the design of the building.
The Engineer works for the Owner to ensure
the Contractor completes the work as per
drawings and specifications.
An Independent Engineer does not have any
conflict of Interest - which could occur
should the Engineer be part of the Builder's
office staff.
