The show is so popular with farm
suppliers that there has been a
waiting list for years for exhibit
space. This year, with the new
emphasis on evening and weekends,
some long-time exhibitors have
dropped out but their space was

be part of the show and Driedger
feels the agricultural emphasis of the
Agrifair is stronger than ever. The 84
exhibitors include everything from
farm machinery companies to
computer suppliers, feed companies
to insurance and financial services
companies.
Among the exhibitors who aren't
looking for sales at the Agrifair are
the Grey and Bruce Federations of
Agriculture which share a booth each
year. "It's a good opportunity to have
our members drop by and say hello,"
says Gertie Blake, OFA field rep for
the two counties. It allows directors
of the two federations as well as staff
to hear directly from people if there
are issues that are bothering them.
