BALER SAFETY
John Deere is making available a
free videotape on round baler safety and
operation of large round balers equip-
ped with compression rolls for owners
of JD model 410, 500, and 510 balers.
The video, produced by John Deere
with assistance from Pioneer Hi -Bred
International, Inc., North American
Seed Division, is intended to remind
original and subsequent owners of these
balers, manufactured between 1975 and
1982, about safe round -bale practices
and proper operating procedures.
The tape contains a nine -minute seg-
ment describing safety procedures for
making and handling round bales. The
second part of the tape provides 22 min-
utes of operating techniques and tips for
models 410, 500, and 510 round balers.
Packaged with the video is a leaflet
that summarizes important round -baler
safety principles and includes a round -
baler safety checklist.

Zone Eliminator sub tiller is designed
