HIGHLY EFFICIENT
STOVE BURNS
DIFFERENT FUELS
A high efficiency stove capable of
burning different fuels is now being
manufactured in a new plant in New
Hamburg.
The Sedorc Multi Fuel Stove, which
has received approval from the Under-
writers Laboratories of Canada, can
burn wood, corn, cobs, cubes, paper,
cardboard, scrap, sawdust, or pellets.
Producing heat from a hot fire at the
bottom, the stove can operatet 15 hours
unattended on a load of hardwood, and
up to 24 hours on pellets and cubes.
Available in three sizes to heat from
500 to 3,000 square feet, the Sedore
stove is top loaded and features a remov-
able hopper insert for gravity feed fuels.
Combustion air enters through holes on
the crests of the corrugated walls, pro-
viding a cross draft to make the fuel burn
away cleanly from the bottom up. As
the fuel burns, it is being lowered from
above to the fire, giving long burning.

COULTER BAR
HELPS SUB-SOILER
Yetter Mfg. Co. recently introduced
a new coulter add on bar attachment for
sub-soilers and chisel plows. Residue
cutting coulters mounted out ahead of
the shanks convert the attached imple-
ment into a high residue once over
machine.
In operation, the coulters slice
through corn stalks and other debris,
clearing a path for the shanks eliminat-
ing bunching residue up and dragging it
along. The coulters help leave the resi-
due in place where in can reduce wind
and water erosion.
For information about this coulter
tool bar attachment for sub -Boiler, see

tion, entitled "Vocabulary of Agricul-

lish vocabulary, number 197, has ap-
proximately 9,000 entries, each of
which is accompanied where necessary

The work gives some account of the
evolution and diversity of agricultural
terminology, which covers many fields
including soil science, veterinary medi-
cine, biotechnology, genetic engineer-
ing, zootechnics, agrometeorology,
food science, and agricultural engineer-
ing.
