FOODS Nutritional Care Manual Update April 10 (9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) Fee: $50 This special one -day workshop describes recent revisions to the (1982) Diet Manual used in health care. The Nutritional Care Manual of 1989 contains several new and expanded sections to reflect research findings in the field of nutritional care management. Many diets have been substantially revised. This update focuses on diets pertinent for the working knowledge of the Food Service Supervisor. This session is considered a valuable in-service training for FSM graduates. LIVESTOCK Care of Horses' Hooves April 20 & 27 (9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) Fee: $50 Two days of instruction and demonstration intended for horse stable owners and managers, recreational riders, and beginning trainers.
