The Rural Voice, 1990-12, Page 53NEWS FINANCE REVIEW SEEKS OPINIONS The provincial government's Agri- cultural Finance Review Committee will make two stops in mid -western On- tario as part of its 10 -stop tour around the province. Established by the new NDP Minis- ter of Agriculture Elmer Buchanan, the committee is headed up by parliamen- tary assistant Pat Hayes (MPP Essex - Kent), and is looking for public input on issues surrounding agricultural finance. The committee, which includes Ellen MacKinnon (MPP, Lambton) and Fred Wilson (MPP, Frontenac-Adding- ton), is looking for solutions to the prob- lem of providing affordable, long-term financing for agriculture. They will visit Alliston on Decem- ber 5 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at St. John's United Church and Listowel from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at Listowel Country Inn.O HOG SLATS DIRECT FROM MFG.
