Grey County Federation of Agriculture directors' meeting,
June 28,1990:
OFA field representative Gertie Blake reported that all trucks
weighing 4,500 kgs or more must be registered with the CVOR
(Commercial Vehicle Operation Registration).
A land use policy was approved by the board. A lot of work has
gone into this. The report will not please everyone, but we feel that
our recommendations are in the best interest of agriculture and the
county in general.
A regional meeting will he held on Wednesday, September 12.
This is the meeting to elect the regional directors and convention
delegates. Members should make an effort to attend this meeting.
The county annual meeting will be held Friday, October 19.
