Evert was an OFA Director for most of those years. an Executive Director on the HCFA Executive for all that time. as well as serving on numerous committees and groups involving nutrient management, water quality issues. tree by-laws and numerous other issues that arose during his tern. Thank you Evert for your Committee looks at donating cull cows A possible committee will be set up concerning donating cull cows to local food banks. HCFA Director Bill Wallace representing the Dairy Producers, will be discussing this with the Milk Committee and getting back to us. We will possibly be looking for volunteers from commodity groups and/or others to help organize such a committee. The Bullpen has 195 subscribers to it and 153 are still very active.:' assistance and support for many years.0 Did you know? • that $25 of your annual OFA membership fee of $150 comes back directly to the County Federation? • that the Huron County Federation Board of Directors is made up of an executive of seven, three Regional Directors (who attend OFA monthly board meetings and report back to the county), four directors at large, 10 reps from county commodity boards. As well, each township in the county (16) are allowed one director on the board. At present Huron Federation has 10 townships represented. The board meets the fourth Monday of each month, except May and December.
