Huron -Perth Women for the Support of Agriculture The Huron -Perth Women for the speaking on "Living safely in the 6711 Support of Agriculture HPWSA held their Inaugural meeting on September 25. This is a new non-profit organization to promote communication and to foster learning. sharing and personal growth of farm women and their families. Their meetings are the fourth Thursday of each month from September to April at 8:00 p.m. at the Mitchell Legion. Their next meeting will be held on Thursday. October 23 with Const. Glen Childerley of the Sebringville OPP Detachment rural community... Any woman with an interest in agriculture is invited to join. Membership fees are $25 per year and cover the basic expenses to run the meetings. He and his wife Carolyn run a cow/calf operation near the well suspected of contaminating the water supply. He will share with us his experience and help farmers protect themselves and their farms from similar events.
