"We decided to have a North
American Tractor and Antique
Show," he said.
Antiques and Historical co-chair
Rob Black added that the Machines
in Motion was not a committee
mandate.
"The committee felt they wanted
to show off the antiques," he said.
The North American Tractor and
Antique Show will showcase
antique tractors and equipment
and from 1960, 40 years ago, and
beyond.
"As it's the 21st century now,
antiques from two other centuries
will be on display ... It's a great way
to see how things were done back
then," Black said.
The North American Tractor and
Antique Show will cover 15 acres of
ground, mostly with Wellington
County artifacts.
"There are things from a small
piece of glass to as a large as
threshing machines," Black said.
There will be many various
sections to the area, including a stage
and different type of antiques.
Black said some of the things that
are very interesting are a steam
engine, a horse -powered threshing
machine and a shingle mill. Black
also said there is a possibility for a
