CanAmera Foods recently made the following statement to the Canadian Soybean Industry:
"CanAmera Foods are buyers of all soybeans approved by Agriculture Canada and USDA production in North
America. This includes both Genetically Modified and Non -Genetically Modified soybeans. Daily prices quoted
are for both types of soybeans.
Contracts of purchase at CanAmera Foods do not differentiate between these types of soybeans and any
approved variety can be delivered against generic contracts written by CanAmera Foods."
