Currently CBOT March tutures are at $2.40 U.S. per bushel, and July CBOT futures are at $2.61 per bushel. The trade feels at this time that by the time we get to June or July futures could be at the $2.40 per bushel level. Young horses that are kept with older horses will develop a better temperament since the other horses will teach them their place. They will learn to be horses and not pets. They will be better mannered as well as healthier. The horses should be examined once or twice daily for injuries or problems that have arisen. Stalls will still be required for the stallions, diseased or injured horses and foaling mares. The OMAFRA Web Site is current, full of information, easy to access and may be reached at www.gov.on.ca/omafra.0
