MEETING The October meeting of the W.I. was a work session. The members worked on photocopying several of the Tweedsmuir history books sort ing pictures, and bringing some of the information up to date. This proved to be an interesting and at times amusing job even if it did involve quite a lot of plain hard work. When a copy is finally put in the library it is to be hoped that many will check to see if their relatives are there, and on the right page. CRANBROOK 4H CLUB The third meeting for the Cran brook 4H club was held on October 16 at the home of Nancy Vanass. Our goof In a cutline in last week’s Citizen we incorrectly identified a long time member of the Huron Pioneer Thresher Association. The presen ter of the trophy for best gas engine from the 1930 to 1950 period was John Ellacott, presenting the tro phy that bears his name. The Citizen regrets this error. THE CITIZEN, WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 25, 1989. PAGE 25. The meeting was opened with the 4H pledge. The minutes of the last meeting were read and a cover design was chosen. The roll call was answered. They told members the most important thing to do was to remain calm and not panic. Members all practised posi tioning an unconscious person.
