WHITECHURCH—Mr. and Mrs.' Frank Coulter received word on Tuesday of the sudden passing of their younger son, Chester, who suf- fered a heart attack at his work with the CPR trucks in Vancouver. Chester and his wife, the former Dorothy Webb, of St. Helens, left here about fifteen years ago and for years Chester drove the trans- Canada truck.
